Deepika Padukone aces the headstand with such an ease giving major workout goals

They perform different physical workout routines as some opt for Pilates, aerial yoga, some perform yoga and some work it out at the gym. One of the fittest actresses in B-town is Deepika Padukone. Deepika is undoubtedly the most stunning actress but also happens to be a fitness enthusiast.

Deepika Padukone, who is busy with her work life, often gets snapped outside her gym by the paparazzi. The actress makes sure to devote a reasonable amount of time for work out sessions. Just a day ago, she shared a photograph of herself doing the headstand and completely nailing it with such an ease. Dressed in athleisure wear, she was giving some workout motivation to the fans. She simply captioned the picture, “upside down, inside down!!!”

 

On the work front, Deepika Padukone was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s magnum opus film, Padmaavat with Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. She was supposed to begin shooting for Sapna Didi biopic with Irrfan Khan and Vishal Bhardwaj. Due to Irrfan’s health, the film has been postponed as the actor is recovering from his disease. As of now, the actress is going through scripts to select her next project.
