Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar are starring in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan inspired film titled Toilet - Ek Prem Katha. Finally, Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar have reunited to kickstart the promotions. The first stop on the promotional tour is Delhi. Bhumi shared a selfie with her co-star Akshay and captioned it as, “With a lot of pride we start our journey to bring our Prem Katha to you. It all begins today @akshaykumar @ToiletTheFilm #swachhazaadi #delhi#gratitude.”

 

Toilet- Ek Prem Katha is a love story revolving around Keshav and Jaya which is set in the backdrop of ‘Swachh Bharat Mission’. Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, Toilet- Ek Prem will release on August 11 this year clashing with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma untitled romance drama.

 

Besides this, Akshay Kumar is currently shooting for R Balki’s next directorial venture PadMan. Bhumi Pednekar, on the other hand, will be seen in a romance drama Shubh Mangal Savdhaan starring Ayushmann Khurrana.
