Bigg Boss 20: Aamrapali Dubey gets emotional over double-standard accusations; says, "My image is spoiled unnecessarily"
Aamrapali Dubey has been among the more vocal contestants on Bigg Boss 20, often making her presence felt through her straightforward opinions and willingness to confront situations inside the house. However, her journey recently appeared to take an emotional toll as she broke down while speaking about the criticism she has faced on repeated Weekend Ka Vaar episodes.
The actress expressed frustration over being questioned about her game and accused of displaying double standards. She also opened up about her father’s health, revealing that she was already worried about him while being inside the Bigg Boss house.
Aamrapali Dubey says she feels like going home
During an interaction with Love Gill, Aamrapali spoke about the pressure she has been experiencing. She said that she felt repeatedly targeted and was finding it increasingly difficult to deal with the criticism surrounding her conduct in the show.
“I don’t feel like staying here anymore. I feel like going home every weekend ka vaar my game is questioned and I am being accused of showing double standards. I know how I have said yes, for Bigg Boss. My dad outside is not well. He is so unwell and I have come in the show leaving him,” Aamrapali said.
She went on to explain that her father's condition had made her time inside the house even more difficult.
“It has been very difficult for me and I am not willing to be a part of the show where I am continuously put down and targeted and my image is spoiled unnecessarily,” she added.
Aamrapali's comments came at a time when her game has also faced scrutiny from both fellow contestants and the show's Weekend Ka Vaar discussions. Her direct approach has helped her establish a strong presence in the house, but it has also led to confrontations and criticism.
Aamrapali defends her stand in the bed incident
Another recent disagreement inside the house involved Arishfa, who poured water on the beds belonging to Kanika Maan, Gullu and Mahi. Aamrapali objected to the incident and took a stand against it, although Kanika and Gullu were seen disagreeing with her position.
Explaining why she chose to intervene, Aamrapali said she was not trying to unnecessarily stretch the issue or create drama. According to her, her reaction was linked to the impact the incident had on her friends Scout and YUNG, who had to sleep outside following the incident.
