Amyra Dastur gets a shoutout from the original ‘Munni’ Malaika Arora for her moves on the iconic song

One of the most iconic songs in Malaika Arora's filmography has to be the Dabangg song ‘Munni Badnaam Hui’. So much so that Munni has become a second name for her. Currently, a Reel trend that uses her song has been going viral on Instagram. And Amyra Dastur presented her own take on it that caught Malaika's attention.

Giving a fun take on ‘Chahiye kya aurat ko’ Reel trend with her friends, Amyra posted a video on Wednesday. Wearing a glittering blue saree, the actress showed her sexy moves as the reel breaks into ‘Munni Badnaam Hui’. While the fans loved her fun avatar, the most special reaction came for Amyra from the original Munni herself. Appreciating her moves, Malaika commented, “Love” with a red heart emoji. Amyra also reciprocated the love by replying, “Love YOU”, with two red hearts and a folded hands emoji. The fans were also quick to point out Amyra's smooth moves and even making them wish for a dance collaboration between the two actresses.

 

On the work front, Amyra was last seen as the lead actress in the Punjabi comedy film Furteela (2024).
