Despite having the entire nation (esp. ladies and young girls) swooning over him and his ever-fit personality, Akshay Kumar has maintained an extremely clean image of being a caring and supportive husband to his dearest wife Twinkle Khanna and a doting father to his two children.Akshay Kumar owes his fashion sense to this lady. Any guesses?

 

Speaking to the media recently at a fashion event, Akshay Kumar attributed his wife Twinkle Khanna for his improved clothing sense. He said that while his mother-in-law (Dimple Kapadia was a style icon; he had no option but to match up to the ladies (Twinkle Khanna and Dimple Kapadia) in the family. He also ‘revealed’ that, when his house was being constructed, the only contribution that he did was to say nothing!

 

Speaking about his wife Twinkle Khanna who is now busy producing the R. Balki-directed film Padman, Akshay Kumar said that, while she hardly goes for the shoot, she has let R. Balki take charge of the film the way he wanted. He added that, since Twinkle Khanna has seen her parents at work, she hated the film sets and that it was the last place she wanted to be. In the same breath, Akshay Kumar added that, his conviction in Padman was so strong that, even if Twinkle Khanna was not producing it, he would have still done the film.

 

Besides Padman, Akshay Kumar will be seen in films like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Gold, and Mogul.
