Medical science was something that always enticed  Dr. Manu Bora, therefore, he completed his MBBS from the reputed S.N Medical College in Jodhpur. He also achieved many milestones, including placing 14th in Rajasthan's Pre-Medical Entrance Test. Obtained third place in the Rajasthan Pre-Post Graduate Entrance Test and 65th place in the All India Pre-Post Graduate Entrance Test. He completed a senior residency at the Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi's Sports Injury Center, and he currently has his own hospital in various cities. When it comes to ACL internal brace surgery, he has a very high success rate. Dr. Manu Bora is one of the few surgeons in India that use Fibre Tape Internal Bracing for all-inside ACL and PCL restoration. He has had success in assisting athletes, including PRO Kabaddi wrestlers, football players, and runners, to return to their daily matches after sustaining severe injuries.

 

 

After completing his post-graduation, when Dr. Manu Bora decided to take a six-month break, life took a new turn for him, as he got into modelling. Due to charisma and fine skills, he got the chance to walk in India’s topmost fashion week including the WILLS India Fashion Week. After that there was no stopping him, he hit major milestones including walking for Hermes at the Paris Fashion Week, getting to endorse Louis Vuitton- an international luxury brand, becoming the brand ambassador of Raymond and featuring in GQ Japan & Vogue Paris. Manu Bora also established relationships with numerous national and international agencies, unlike other models who often struggle to be signed by a single reliable model agency. He became the first person to be signed by major model agencies such as Major Model Management Milan, New York Model Management, Ellite Model Management Paris, and X-Ray Greece. On top of that, he has also been signed by the biggest Indian model agencies like Purple Thoughts, Anima Creatives, TOABH, and Inega as well.

 

While talking about his career and journey, Dr. Manu Bora stated, “I have nothing but gratitude towards the life I have. I like working as a model and a doctor simultaneously. Through modelling, I got skills that enhanced my confidence, gave me the opportunity to work with creative professionals and even let me travel to so many places. While on the other hand, being a doctor gives me another level of happiness. I assure that my patients recover and do their thing without any assistance, seeing them do so makes me feel like I am doing just the right thing. In short, each of my careers holds equal importance for me.”

For this purpose, he also has a YouTube page by the name Dr. Manu Bora. He aims on giving back to his country’s healthcare and thus he works diligently towards the same. He plans on doing all this while walking for various other top brands at different fashion weeks.
