Box Office: Zero becomes Shah Rukh Khan’s 7th highest opening weekend grosser
Shah Rukh Khan’s mega Christmas release Zero failed to perform at the box office in its first weekend despite a decent occupancy rate, massive number of screens and the festive season. The first weekend collections stand at Rs. 59.07 crore which clearly states that the movie has underperformed at the box office. Now, the business it does over this week is extremely crucial because it will seal its fate. Ranveer Singh’s Simmba will release on December 28 after which Zero will have little scope.
Looking Shah Rukh Khan’s movies overall, Zero becomes the seventh highest grosser considering the opening weekend. Happy New Year towers the list after collecting Rs. 108.86 which remains a massive number.
