Box Office: Baaghi 2 becomes the 2nd highest Week 2 grosser of 2018

Tiger Shroff has fast become the toast of the town with the success of his recent release Baaghi 2. Directed by Ahmed Khan also featuring Disha Patani the film which is a sequel to the earlier released film Baaghi has been doing staggeringly well.

 

Box Office: Baaghi 2 becomes the 2nd highest Week 2 grosser of 2018

 

Now after a splendid two week run at the box office Baaghi 2 has fast become the second highest second week grosser of 2018. Collecting Rs. 35.60 cr Baaghi 2 ranks second behind the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial Padmaavat that had collected Rs. 69.50 cr. On the other hand the business of the film surpasses other big ticket releases of 2018 like the Akshay Kumar starrer Pad Man that had collected Rs. 13.78 cr, the Ajay Devgn starrer Raid that had collected Rs. 27.06 cr and the sleeper hit of the year Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety as well that had collected Rs. 29.77 cr.

 

Now with new releases hitting screens the business of Baaghi 2 finally seems to be slowing down. However expectations are that the film will still continue to run in theatres with estimates stating that the film is likely to add a few more crores to its total box office collections.
