Vikram Bhatt: the new factory

Now to another Bhatt -- Vikram Bhatt! Like Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt, Vikram too is making a series of medium-budget films and lo and behold, Vikram plans to release as many as six films between March 2009 and March 2010... The first project is PHHIR, which is slated for release on 19th June. It teams the 1920 pair -- Rajneesh Duggal and Adah Sharma -- with Roshni Chopra. PHHIR is directed by Girish Dhamija and produced by ASA Productions and Mirah Entertainment. The second film in the pipeline is THREE - LOVE, LIES AND BETRAYAL. Slated for release on 21st August, the film is directed by Vishal Pandya. It stars Aashish Chowdhary, Nausheen Ali Sardar and Akshay Kapoor. This one is also produced by ASA Productions and Mirah Entertainment. Vikram Bhatt will launch Udit Narayan's son Aditya Narayan in SHAAPIT [yes, that's the title of the film] with Shweta Agarwal. This film is slated for release on 12th February, 2010. Besides these three films, Vikram is in the process of starting one film each with journalist turned director Khalid Mohamed, Sanjay Khanna and Sujit Mondal. The project with Vikram as well as these three films is being produced by ASA Productions.
