Vashu Bhagnani to make foray into Marathi film production with 2 ventures

 

Over the past few months, we have seen an increase in audience acceptance when it comes to regional cinema, more specifically Marathi films. In fact going by the box office figures, the recent spate of Marathi films that have been hitting screens have been doing brisk business.Vashu Bhagnani to make foray into Marathi film production with 2 ventures

 

Now we hear that Bollywood producer Vashu Bhagnani has decided on capitalizing on this phase and will soon be making his Marathi film production debut with two projects. Confirming the same Vashu Bhagnani says, "Yes I will be producing two Marathi films, but right now it is too early to talk about them. I will make an official announcement about both projects soon."

 

We guess the box office business of the recent Marathi release Sairat that has managed to wow the audiences and collect Rs. 75 crores is a sure shot indicator of what lies ahead for Marathi films that focus on good content.
