Udit Narayan won't sing for Anu Malik anymore

Two of the biggest personalities from the music industry had a fallout off recently on a song recording sessions. Singer Udit Narayan had a verbal combat with music director Anu Malik during a song recording session for Raj Kanwar's film Hum Ko Deewana Kar Gaye. Udit at first arrived late for the recording. While he was to be at the studio by 1 pm he arrived only by 6 pm. Further he had problems with getting the song nuances correct. Director Raj Kanwar adds that when Anu Malik tried to correct the singer, Udit stopped singing and fumed at Malik. He reportedly left the studio quoting that he will never sing for Anu Malik henceforth. Anu Malik subsequently recorded the song with Abhijeet. However Udit Narayan had a different story to say. He said that there were no problems and the recording went off very smoothly.
