"Mira Nair's Shantaram is very much on"- Irrfan Khan

A report quoting Irrfan Khan as saying that Mira Nair's Shantaram is shelved has the dedicated actor utterly puzzled. "I never said that! Why would I, when the film is very much on, just pushed ahead. In fact, Mira has lived with the project for so long Shantaram has become an integral part of her life," says Irrfan who dabbles in action and comedy for the first time in two different films.
