'Kisna' in two versions

Not many are aware that Subhash Ghai is making KISNA in two versions -- Hindi and English. While the Hindi version will be released like a normal biggie in the domestic market, the English version is targeted at the global audience. "The idea to make the film in two versions was mooted by my international agents," Ghai informs me. Besides internationally acclaimed writers involved with the film, KISNA also has several international actors acting in the film. At present 50% complete, the two versions of KISNA will be different in terms of length. While the Hindi version will be of 3 hours' duration, the English version will be an abridged one -- 2 hours. Incidentally, the two versions will be released on the same date, before the end of this year.
