Kismat Konnection goes to the Oscar library

We still are some time away from the Oscars, but, India is surely making its presence felt at the Oscar library already, as most of the films that were released recently, have found their way to the Oscar library! The last few weeks had seen the likes of the scripts of Rock On, Sarkar Raj, Heroes being invited to be a part of this prestigious library. The latest one to join the gang is the Shahid-Vidya starrer smash hit film Kismat Konnection. Apparently, the Library of Motion Pictures of Arts and Sciences (which is better known as the Oscars library) had expressed interest in acquiring a copy of the screenplay of Kismat Konnection for the permanent core collection. The scripts in their collection are made accessible for research purposes only; students, filmmakers, writers and actors are among their regular patrons. On this happy occasion, Ramesh Taurani, owner of TIPS, said, "I am very pleased with the inclusion of the screenplay of Kismat Konnection to the Oscar Library. TIPS Films has always endeavored to give the audiences great stories backed with great entertainment value. It's always a pleasure to be recognized for your craft by one of the most respectable film bodies of our times." After having won everyone's hearts with not just its simplistic storyline, but also its lilting music, Kismat Konnection will surely have a field day at the Oscar Library too!
