Imagine, the film had barely opened a few hours ago, with all shows full for the next 4-5 days in advance itself, and people were trying to pull it down by stating that the collections had started falling already. Can you beat that?, Kareena [who was in Durban, South Africa for a stage show] called this writer to express her displeasure.
One so-called trade analyst had the audacity to make a ridiculous statement that it was a soft porn film, she fumes, I SMS-ed back that he should act his age, giving a nasty rejoinder to his message. Deepa Mehta's new film, says Kareena, will star Rahul Khanna as her co-star. It will be made in Hindi and English simultaneously and would be premiered at the Cannes next year, she divulges. The film will roll in October this year.
With Abbas-Mustan too, this would be her second film, after AJNABEE. Vivek Oberoi is her co-star here.
