I-Dream Productions, who distributed MONSOON WEDDING, is in the process of planning a film, JAJANTARAM MAMANTARAM, which is a contemporary adaption of GULLIVER'S TRAVELS. According to the production head of I-Dreams, Arunima Roy, the film, replete with abundant special effects, will have Javed Jaffrey playing the central character. Soumitra Ranade, an F.T.I.I. graduate, will direct it. "It will be a proper commercial film with songs," says Roy, who is in the process of finalising the remaining cast of the film. I-Dreams has another film lined up for production by the name of 16 DECEMBER, which, Arunima informs, is a detective thriller, directed by debutante Mani Shankar.
