Freida Pinto to present 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards

Freida Pinto is now all set to join the likes of the Hollywood heavyweights like Salma Hayek, Antonio Banderas, Nicole Kidman, Clive Owen and others, to present the 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards for this year.

Besides presenting the award, she also will be walking the red carpet, which will make her the only person to do so, despite not being nominated in any category. If that wasn't enough, she also happens to be the only Indian actor to be repeated as a presenter, the first being when she presented award for The Slumdog Millionaire.

 

Dr. Aida Takla-O'Reilly the President of Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) welcomed the celebs (including Freida) saying "We are thrilled to have these talented individuals join us. Each will bring something very special to this year's show".

 

The 69th Annual Golden Globe Awards will happen on January 15.
