Columbia not planning Hindi movies yet:

The rumours about Columbia TriStar getting into Hindi film production in a big way, also appear to be circulated by some misinformed people in the trade. There was news that the company was negotiating with at least three top directors for its Hindi film production debut. According to Vikramjeet Roy, the spokesperson of Columbia, it was amusing how and from where the news originated. "We would not be discreet about it if the company was getting into Hindi film production. The only Hindi film we were associated with in terms of distribution was PYAAR MEIN KABHI KABHI, which was released by Sony Pictures Entertainment, a subsidiary of Columbia TriStar," Vikramjeet disclosed.
