Big B and Sharmila in search of ideal couple

The movie channel, Star Gold is coming up with new and interesting promotional strategies for upcoming Bollywood films. The channel has tied up with AB Corp's movie Viruddh starring Amitabh Bachchan, Sharmila Tagore, Sanjay Dutt and John Abraham. As a part of the promotional package the channel will run a month long contest where Amitabh and Sharmila Tagore will choose an ideal couple based on the kind of relationship they share. The winning couple will be awarded with an LIC policy worth Rs 5-lakh. Star Gold has also tied up with Shahrukh Khan's Paheli where they will launch a contest, 'Paanch Paheli'. The channel will ask five questions (one per day) a week before the release of the movie. Other big films the channel is targeting towards is Anubhav Sinha's Dus and David Dhawan's Shaadi No.1
