Bewafaaan unfaithful title

Boney Kapoor's upcoming film directed by Dharmesh Darshan and starring Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Manoj Bajpai and Shamita Shetty is facing legal problems over it's title. Boney Kapoor, who has so far publicized the film as Bewafa The Unfaithful, is said to have been using this title without the required clearance. The title Bewafaa and Bewafaa The Unfaithful are reserved by Dayavanti Films and Sridevi Productions are said to be using this title illegally. It's learnt that Boney Kapoor had been constantly pleading to Dayavanti Films for the title, but in vain. So don't be surprised if you come across a Dharmesh Darshan film with the same starcast but different name. As they say, what's in the name?
