Actor Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela marked their wedding anniversary by sharing the first glimpse of their newborn twins on social media. The couple, who welcomed a boy and a girl on February 1, have named them Shivram and Anveera Devi.
Upasana posted a photograph on Instagram showing the hands of the twins alongside those of their elder daughter Klin Kaara, with the caption, “Heart is full.” The post drew responses from industry figures including Kajal Aggarwal and Huma Qureshi, who reacted with heart emoticons.
The family story so far
Ram Charan and Upasana, vice-chairman of Apollo Charity, have known each other for several years and were friends before they began dating. They got engaged in December 2011 and married in June 2012. Their first child, daughter Klin Kaara, was born in June 2023.
During Diwali 2025, Upasana hinted at a second pregnancy by sharing a video from her Seemantham ceremony on social media, writing, “This Diwali was all about double the celebration, double the love and double the blessings.” The twins’ arrival on February 1 confirmed the news.

Ram Charan was last seen in the sports drama Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana and co-starring Janhvi Kapoor.
Following the success of Peddi, Ram Charan is expected to shift his focus to a lineup of upcoming projects currently in various stages of development. His next major film is likely to be the much-discussed collaboration with director Sukumar, while industry reports have also linked him to potential ventures with Trivikram Srinivas and producer Naga Vamsi. Although several of these projects are yet to receive official confirmation, they indicate that the actor is preparing for a busy schedule over the coming months.
