Backstreet Boys will release an original song titled ‘Bottle Up’ from the upcoming film PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie on June 12. The announcement was made a day after the makers of the Cal Brunker directorial released the film’s trailer.
A short glimpse of the track was shared alongside the announcement. Announcing the song on Instagram, the band wrote, “We’re so excited to announce that our new single ‘Bottle Up’ from PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie will finally be yours this Fri June 12!”
In PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, the PAW Patrol pups crash land on an uncharted tropical island filled with dinosaurs after their ship is caught in a storm. There, they meet Rex, a pup stranded on the island for years who has become an expert on all things dino-related.
When the PAW Patrol’s longtime rival, Mayor Humdinger, begins recklessly mining on the island in search of natural resources, he inadvertently triggers the eruption of a dormant volcano. The pups are then drawn into a series of high-stakes, dino-sized rescues, bigger than anything they have undertaken before, as they work to stop Humdinger before everything on the island faces extinction.
Directed by Cal Brunker, PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie is presented by Paramount Animation and Spin Master Entertainment, and is a Spin Master Entertainment production. The soundtrack features the new Backstreet Boys track alongside the franchise’s established musical elements. The film is set to release in theatres on August 28 in English and Hindi.
