Actors Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Sheth gave fans a delightful surprise as they finally revealed the face of their daughter Veda while celebrating her first birthday. The couple, who are known for sharing glimpses of their family life on social media, posted a series of heartwarming photographs from the intimate birthday celebration.
Taking to Instagram, Ishita and Vatsal shared adorable moments from Veda’s special day, including family portraits and glimpses of the birthday cake. Along with the pictures, Ishita penned a sweet note that read, “And just like that, she is one. Happy Birthday, Veda”.

For the unversed, Ishita Dutta and Vatsal Sheth first met on the sets of the television show Rishton Ka Saudagar – Baazigar in 2016. The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Mumbai on November 28, 2017. They embraced parenthood for the first time when they welcomed their son Vaayu on July 19, 2023.
In 2024, Ishita and Vatsal announced that they were expecting their second child, frequently sharing photos and updates from the pregnancy journey with their followers. The family then welcomed their daughter on June 10, 2025. Sharing the joyful news, Ishita had written, “From two to four hearts beating as one. Our family is now complete. Blessed with a baby girl.” The couple later revealed that they had named their daughter Veda.
Now, a year later, the proud parents have made Veda’s first birthday even more special by introducing her to the world, much to the delight of their fans and well-wishers.
