Nimrat, while discussing her recent project School of Lies, expressed her admiration for the picturesque Lawrence School in Lovedale, where the series was filmed. She found it challenging to maintain a serious demeanour amidst such breath-taking surroundings. Nimrat also expressed her excitement about the increasing opportunities and choices in her career, making life more thrilling with each project.

Talking about her latest project School of Lies, Nimrat told PTI, “We were in Lawrence School, Lovedale, by far one of the most beautiful campuses I've ever seen. It was actually very hard for me to remain serious because it was so pretty. It was raining and I love having my chai, pakoras and coffee and all of that good stuff... So with every project I feel like life is only getting more and more exciting and we are really spoilt for choice." The series was shot in Ooty and Coonoor.

Sharing insights into her character, Nimrat said, “With this part what comes is the interesting perspective she has which is non-judgemental about some very complex situations. It also then probes her to delve deeper within and address some childhood issues which she hasn't before and her demons she carries as an adult.

Coming to the professional front, Nimrat will be seen in Happy Teachers’ Day. The upcoming social thriller is directed by National Award-winning director Mikhil Musale and presented by Dinesh Vijan. The film will be Nimrat Kaur’s second venture in a lead role with Maddock Production. Along with her, the film also features Radhika Madan. It is slated to release on Teacher's Day 2023. Nimrat also has Section 86 which also features Amitabh Bachchan, Diana Penty and Abhishek Banerjee. Ribhu Dasgupta’s Section 84 is presented by Reliance Entertainment in association with Jio Studios and produced by Reliance Entertainment and Film Hangar.
