The Tom Cruise action thriller The Mummy hit screens in India last week. The film which is a reboot of a popular franchise opened to a mixed reaction from the audience.
In fact, despite featuring a major Hollywood star the film managed to rake in just Rs. 12.55 Cr on its opening weekend. Over the following weekdays the business of The Mummy continued to remain low. Now at the end of its first week in theatres the total collections of The Mummy stands at Rs. 17.8 Cr.
