Along with that he also hinted at his ‘girlfriend’ that has gotten fans rooting for him and actress Rashmika Mandanna excited.

“Relationships come above everything,” Vijay admitted. “I have been growing up over the last 2 years. I have learned to live life also. Before that, I was not like this. The last 2-3 years, I didn’t like how my life went. I didn’t spend enough time with my mum, dad, my girlfriend, and friends.”

This candid confession has reignited buzz around his rumoured relationship with actress Rashmika Mandanna. Though the duo has never officially confirmed their romance, their close bond and continued support for each other on social media has kept fans speculating for years. From sharing heartfelt comments on each other’s posts to being spotted together at vacations and events, Rashmika and Vijay’s chemistry off-screen has been as talked about as their on-screen pairings.

The actor further revealed, “Suddenly, one day, I realised. I didn’t want to have such a feeling. Now… I make efforts to make time for my people. I make time for my friends, I make time for my mum and dad, for my relationships.”

In a separate chat with Curly Tales over a year ago, Vijay had already hinted at his relationship status, saying, “I have (dated a co-star before). I'm 35, you think I would be single? We all have to (get married) at some point unless it's a choice not to.”

On the work front, Vijay Deverakonda is gearing up for the multilingual release of his ambitious film Kingdom, slated to hit theatres this month. The action drama has already generated massive buzz, with fans eager to see him in a never-before-seen avatar.
