Samantha Ruth Prabhu celebrated her 35th birthday on April 28. The actress had a working birthday on the sets of her next film but was pranked by Vijay Deverakonda. The actress is shooting her next in Kashmir. Her co-star in the film, Vijay Deverakonda, and the crew of the film planned a fun surprise for the actress as they resumed shooting on her birthday.
Vijay and the rest of the team prepped a fake scene with narration which was to be filmed between Samantha and Vijay. She had an emotional dialogue in the scene. When Vijay's moment came to react, he called her by her real name which made her laugh. That's when he wished on her birthday with a hug and was greeted with cheers, wishes, and a cake. Sharing the video on his Twitter account, Vijay wrote, "Happy Birthday @Samanthaprabhu2 (red heart emoji) Wishing you full happiness (blushing emoji) Let’s make a love story now :) Love and hugs, Vijay."
On the work front, Vijay Deverakonda is currently anticipating the release of Liger, which also stars Ananya Panday. Samantha Ruth Prabhu, on the other hand, will next star in Shaakuntalam and Arrangements of Love.
