Netflix has announced its upcoming Telugu original film Takshakudu, set to release in 2026. Directed by Vinod Anantoju and produced by Naga Vamsi S under Sithara Entertainments, the film features Anand Devarakonda and Nitanshi Goel in lead roles.

As they travel through an unforgiving world, they confront the darkness and the man behind the tragedy that changed everything.

Director Vinod Anantoju shared his connection to the story: "Takshakudu is very close to my heart.
