With multiple projects in the pipeline, we hear that Tamil superstar Suriya who is juggling between his work commitments has decided to add another venture in his hectic schedule. Recent reports suggest that the actor is keen on doing a film with actor-filmmaker RJ Balaji and that the two have already started brainstorming on this project. Although not many details have been revealed, it is said that the two of them are quite sure of taking this project ahead.

In a report with Hindustan Times, sources have confirmed the details of the news and have mentioned that Suriya and RJ Balaji are in advanced talks on the project. Furthermore, it has also been shared that the duo has finalized Dream Warriors to come on board for this untitled venture. The production house is best known for films like Kaashmora, Kaithi and its Hindi remake Bholaa, Raatchasi, and the Rashmika Mandanna starrer Rainbow, which is yet to be released. Also, the sources have insisted that an official announcement on these details will be made soon.

Meanwhile, speaking of RJ Balaji, who has featured in pivotal roles in films like Naanum Rowdy Dhaan, Velaikkaran, and others have also been the co-director of films like Nayanthara starrer Mookuthi Amman, Veetla Vishesham – Hindi remake of Badhaai Ho starring himself in the lead role. However, this will mark his first association with Suriya as a filmmaker.

Coming to the Tamil superstar, Suriya already is gearing up for the release of the magnum opus Kanguva, directed by Siva, which also features Bobby Deol as the lead antagonist, on November 14, 2024. The film will release in multiple languages including Hindi. Apart from that, the actor also has the untitled film with Karthik Subbaraja, which is currently being referred to as Suriya 44. It is expected to feature Pooja Hegde as the leading lady along with a host of actors in supporting roles.
