Actor Ravi Mohan, formerly known as Jayam Ravi, has issued a powerful and deeply personal statement on social media addressing his ongoing legal battle with estranged wife Aarti Ravi. The actor, known for his work in Tamil cinema, chose to speak up after cryptic posts from Aarti led to speculation around his role as a husband and father.

Sharing his statement with the caption, “All these years I was being stabbed in the back, now I’m only glad that I’m being stabbed in the chest.. First and Final One from my desk! With Love Ravi Mohan, ‘Live and Let Live’,” the actor opened up about his side of the story, denying allegations and clarifying his stance. In a significant portion of his post, Ravi addressed the claims that he has been an absent father to his two sons. “I now find myself being publicly vilified with false accusations that question not only my character but my role as a father,” he wrote. “Let me be clear, I categorically deny these fabricated claims… I have only decided in full knowledge and understanding of my past circumstances to leave my ex-wife in marriage and NOT MY KIDS.”

Ravi also spoke about the alleged emotional and financial abuse he endured during the 16 years of marriage. “As a survivor of years of physical, mental, emotional, and severe financial abuse... I was also caged in isolation from even meeting my own parents,” he revealed, adding that despite repeated attempts to salvage the relationship, the environment became “unlivable.”

The actor accused Aarti’s family of manipulating him financially and coercing him into serving as surety for massive loans. He stated that he continued to support them financially until a recent incident involving his children forced him to step away. “Bouncers now accompany them almost everywhere to prevent me from even seeing or approaching my own children,” he shared. “No father deserves this.”

Ravi also addressed growing public curiosity around his bond with spiritual therapist Kenishaa Francis. Clarifying her role, he said, “She was initially a friend that chose to save a drowning man… She reminded me that I carried light and deserved to be happy. I will not ever allow even a whisper of disrespect toward her character or her profession.” Calling Kenishaa a “lifeline of support,” he praised her strength and empathy, insisting their bond was built on genuine compassion—not controversy.
