Prabhas is all set to enter the horror-fantasy genre with The Raja Saab, and at the centre of this ambitious cinematic world lies a monumental structure—a 41,256 square foot Haveli, now recognised as the largest horror set ever created in Indian cinema.

Designed by acclaimed art director Rajeevan Nambiar, the set isn't just visually striking—it's integral to the film's atmosphere. Built from scratch, the Haveli boasts massive doors, echoing corridors, and eerie rooms that add layers to the unfolding narrative. Each element has been crafted to immerse viewers into the supernatural world that director Maruthi has envisioned.

“Every detail had to serve the emotion, not just the aesthetics. We didn’t want the set to look haunted—we wanted it to feel haunted,” said Rajeevan Nambiar, emphasizing that the space was designed to become a living, breathing part of the story.

The grandeur and immersive detail of the Haveli will soon be unveiled to select members of the media, who are invited to walk through the elaborate set on June 16, coinciding with the teaser launch of the film. The set visit will offer an exclusive look at the artistic scale and ambition behind The RajaSaab.

Director Maruthi, known for his distinctive storytelling style in the horror-fantasy genre, has brought together emotion, scale, and aesthetic detail to craft a world that’s as haunting as it is cinematic. From the texture of the walls to the creaks in the floor, every inch of the set is designed to elevate the horror element.

Backed by People Media Factory and produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, The Raja Saab also features music by Thaman S. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on December 5, 2025, and will release in five languages—Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

With a unique blend of horror, fantasy, and grand visual storytelling, The Raja Saab is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated multi-language releases of the year—and its record-breaking set is just the beginning.
