Dil Raju, a visionary storyteller with a string of successful films, has been elected as the new President of the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (TFCC). Raju's victory was a remarkable one, as he secured 31 votes out of the total 48 votes polled. His panel also won the majority of EC members in all the sectors.

Raju's panel includes Muthyala Ramdasu as Vice President, Damodhar Prasad as Secretary, Prasanna Kumar as Treasurer, Sivalenka Krishna Prasad as Chairman of the Producer Sector, Mikkilineni Sudhakar as Chairman of the Distributor Sector, and Bharath Chowdary as Joint Secretary.

Coming to the professional front, the renowned filmmaker has a bunch of films in his kitty, including a Shahid Kapoor-Rashmika Mandanna starrer, which will be helmed by Anees Bazmee. Readers may recall that Bollywood Hungama had earlier reported that the shooting of the film will start on August 1 in Mumbai.
