Park Bo-gum, Kim So-hyun and Lee Sang-yi on building a brotherhood in Good Boy

In Good Boy, camaraderie isn’t just part of the script — it’s at the very core of the show’s off-screen energy. For Kim So-hyun, the experience has been uplifting. “All three of us laugh a lot. So even when things got really tough on set, we always managed to keep smiling and stay motivated,” she shared. “Whenever the three of us were together, it felt really supportive, and the set was always filled with laughter.”

Lee Sang-yi, who plays a key member of the elite special forces unit, adds more dimension to this bond — revealing that it’s not just the main trio lighting up the screen.

“Not only us, but also the other members of our special force team — actor Tae Won-seok and actor Heo Sung-tae — will be appearing,” he said. “They will be appearing as discus throwers and wrestlers. So, you can enjoy the chemistry that comes from each individual's sport as well as the humour and dynamics within the special force team's office.”

Meanwhile, Park Bo-gum, known for his warmth and sincerity both on and off screen, reflected on the joy of working with such a tight-knit team. “I was so happy with these good people while we were gathering and while we were shooting. We were just laughing. And when we had time, we just went to the cafe or ate good food. We have really good memories,” he said.
