GLOBAL EXCLUSIVE: Fast X’s STAR-STUDDED pre-release screening to take place in Rome, Italy on May 12

The month of May is expected to be quite exciting for Hollywood lovers. May 5 will see the release of Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3. Disney will release the live-action film, The Little Mermaid, on May 26. And in between, on May 19, Fast X will hit theatres worldwide. There’s tremendous excitement for this action entertainer due to the popularity of the franchise and also that of its actors like Vin Diesel and Jason Momoa. In a rare move, the advance booking of the film was opened more than three months in advance in India, on February 17. Bollywood Hungama was the first one to write about this one-of-its-kind development.

And now, Bollywood Hungama brings to you another exciting development about Fast X. The pre-release screening of the film will take place on May 12 in the city of Rome in Italy. A source told Bollywood Hungama, “The entire star cast is expected to attend this screening. It’s not exactly a premiere and is called a ‘VIP screening’. Nevertheless, it’ll be one of the biggest events of the year and is sure to be widely covered.”

Interestingly, the general moviegoers also have a chance to be a part of Fast X’s Rome screening. The website of The Paul Walker Foundation has asked people to apply to get a seat at the screening on May 12. There’ll be only one lucky winner and he/she can get along with one more person for the screening. Apart from getting the tickets to the screening, the winner and the guest will also get a chance to click pictures with Fast X’s actors. Moreover, the round trip accommodation and hotel accommodation for three nights will also be taken care of.

To register for this contest, one needs to donate anywhere between $10 and $250 to The Paul Walker Foundation. The donated money will be utilized for honourable causes, as per the website of the organization. The last day to apply is Friday, April 28.

For those who are unaware, Paul Walker was a popular actor who played an important role in the first 7 parts of Fast & Furious. He died in a car accident on November 30, 2013.

Coming back to Fast X, it also stars Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel and Sung Kang besides Vin Diesel and Jason Momoa. While it releases in the USA on May 19, it’ll arrive in cinemas a day earlier in India, on May 18.
