The luxury wedding-themed musical Dulha Dulhan Drama wrapped up its latest edition with resounding success, drawing a crowd of over a thousand attendees for a two-day spectacle of music, glamour, and celebration. Conceptualized as a grand wedding-inspired live entertainment experience, the event brought together 15 top performers and recreated the magic of an Indian destination wedding through immersive décor and vibrant performances.
The first day kicked off with lively Karwa Chauth and Mehendi celebrations, leading into a star-studded Sangeet Night hosted by Aparshakti Khurana and Karishma Tanna. Jacqueline Fernandez stole the spotlight with her electrifying performance of ‘Yaar Na Mile’, setting the tone for an evening of glitz and energy. The night also featured entertaining acts by Gurdeep Mehndi, Sophie Choudry, DJ Ganesh, and Khushi Singh, ensuring the celebration stayed high on music and spirit.
The second day of Dulha Dulhan Drama began with a joyful Haldi Sundowner, presented in association with Abbloom, featuring Nikhil (The Tabla Guy) and the Raja Dholis, adding traditional beats to the festive ambience. The event concluded with a spectacular finale where Tamannaah Bhatia brought the audience to its feet with her dynamic performance of ‘Kaavaalaa’. Adnan Sami followed with a soulful set that added a touch of magic to the evening, alongside artists Rromeo and DJ Yogi. A standout ‘Dulha Dulhan’ drama act led by Sanket and his team encapsulated the emotions of love and togetherness, tying the entire experience together.
Speaking about the concept, Sajid Qureshi, Founder of Fodxpert Ally Private Limited and the creative mind behind Dulha Dulhan Drama, said, “The idea was to reimagine the energy and emotion of an Indian wedding and bring it to life on a grand entertainment stage. We wanted to celebrate the essence of love, tradition, and joy in a way that connects people from all cultures. Seeing thousands come together and dance, sing, and feel that emotion was incredibly special—it truly felt like one big family celebration.”
Following the success of its debut and second editions, the organizers have announced plans to take Dulha Dulhan Drama international, with upcoming editions planned in Bali, Thailand, and across India. Each destination will feature regionally inspired performances and décor, evolving the event into a global celebration of Indian culture, music, and entertainment.
