Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has been grabbing attention with the release of his film Bloody Daddy on JioCinema. In a recent interview, the actor shared delightful details about his son Zain Kapoor's fondness for cricket. Shahid disclosed that Zain's favourite players happen to be none other than the Indian cricketer, Virat Kohli, and the talented batsman Suryakumar Yadav. Zain Kapoor, who happens to be the youngest child of Shahid Kapoor, has already shown a keen interest in the game, with these two exceptional cricketers capturing his admiration.

Talking about his son Zaid, Shahid told Zoom TV “Right now my kids are fans of cricketers okay, so it's Suryakumar Yadav and Virat Kohli. They are fanboying, especially Zain is fanboying them right now and I am loving it because it's normal like even when I was a kid, I was a huge fan of cricket and of cricket players, so I'm like haan iske andar mera khoon hai, isse bhi cricket accha lag raha hai (We have it in our blood, we both love cricket). I'm loving it.”

For the unversed, Mira Rajput and Shahid Kapoor tied the knot in the year 2015 through arranged marriage. They have since built a strong relationship and have become one of Bollywood's most adored couples. Together, they have two children - a daughter named Misha Kapoor and a son named Zain Kapoor.

Meanwhile on the film, Shahid Kapoor starrer Bloody Daddy released today on JioCinema which was helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar. He was previously seen in Raj & DK helmed web series Farzi that is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video. He will be soon seen alongside Kriti Sanon in an untitled Maddock film. The poster of the film is out and is expected to release in October.
