The Last Five Years on Broadway

Directed by Whitney White, The Last Five Years is the first-ever Broadway production of Jason Robert Brown’s acclaimed musical, which originally premiered in 2001. The show explores the five-year relationship between Jamie and Cathy, with Nick’s character narrating his journey forward in time while Adrienne’s character moves backward, creating a poignant and innovative storytelling experience. Running approximately 90 minutes without an intermission, the musical is set to officially open on April 6, 2025, and close on June 22, 2025, at the Hudson Theatre.
