Earlier this week, Indian Cricket Team Captain Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma returned to New Delhi at Virat's residence after their honeymoon trip to Finland and Rome. The couple, who got hitched at a destination wedding in Italy on December 11, even met Prime Minister Narendra Modi last night to invite him for their grand wedding reception.

On Thursday evening, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma made their first official public appearance since their marriage in Italy at the Taj Palace hotel for their wedding reception on Thursday. The newlyweds looked absolutely regal in their ethnic wear. Amongst the big wigs who are invited for the wedding reception, PM Narendra Modi arrived to give blessings to the newlyweds. Wearing a grey outfit, he posed with Anushka and Virat who could not stop smiling.
On the work front, Anushka Sharma will return to Mumbai in January 2018 to begin the next schedule of Aanand L Rai’s film with Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai. She will also start prepping for Sui Dhaaga – Made in India as the shooting for the same starts in February 2018 with Varun Dhawan. Anushka will also be busy with the promotions of Pari which is releasing on February 9.
