Jaya Bachchan and her children, Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Nanda, recently visited Varanasi's Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Several images of the three taken during their tour have gone viral online. However, Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were not to be seen.

In the viral images, the Bachchans were also seen chatting with famed astrologer Chandra Mouli Upadhyay. Jaya Bachchan donned a yellow salwar suit during their temple visit, while Shweta Bachchan wore a crimson salwar kurta. Abhishek Bachchan, on the other hand, sported a white kurta combo with a black half jacket.

ANI shared the photos on their X handle and wrote, “Actors and mother-son duo, Jaya Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan visited and offered prayers at Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.” Shweta is seen wearing red colour ethnic wear, Jaya Bachchan opted for a yellow colour outfit and Abhishek kept it simple in a white colour kurta and pajama.

On the work front, Jaya Bachchan's last film was Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani. Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan last appeared in the film Ghoomer. The actor has upcoming projects with Shoojit Sircar and Remo D'Souza, including Be Happy. The creators of Be Happy recently presented its first look, describing it as the story of a single father and his gifted daughter who aim to participate on the country's largest dancing reality programme. The film also features Nora Fatehi and Inaayat Verma.
