Inside Pics: Sonam Kapoor gives us a sneak-peek into her low-key but pretty baby shower in London

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are currently are prepping to be parents for the first time. The couple had taken to social media to announce the arrival of their first child and grandfather Anil Kapoor too has expressed his excitement time and again about welcoming the new member in his family.

Readers would be aware that Sonam Kapoor is currently in London prepping for her baby along with Anand Ahuja and she was recently joined by her sister Rhea Kapoor. Now, the actress had a lovely, summery themed baby shower along with her friends and sister in attendance. Artist Leo Kalyan too performed at the event.
Sonam Kapoor, who has been sharing details of her pregnancy days on social media, posted videos and photos from the baby shower on Instagram. Besides her, artist Leo Kalyan, who entertained the guests with some lovely songs, including Sonam’s Bollywood numbers like ‘Masakali’ (Delhi 6) also shared glimpses from the event. From hand-painted table cloth to each guest having a special menu with scrumptious dishes and pies, the baby shower was described as quite chic and beautiful by the guests. The goodies also included a pretty tiny off-white pouch with colourful dots and a customized neckpiece which had the guests name on it. Many guests took to Instagram to share stories from this baby shower, including Rhea Kapoor who described it as, ‘Such a beautiful baby shower’.

Sonam Kapoor announced her pregnancy in March with a photo on Instagram. The actress has been giving glimpses of her visit to London and peek-a-boo about living in the United Kingdom on the social media. She recently took off on a babymoon with husband Anand Ahuja to Florence and shared posts on social media from the picturesque city.
