On Friday, October 17, history was created as Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan graced the 2025 edition of Joy Forum at SEF Arena, Boulevard City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As expected, the Bollywood superstars brought the house down.

HISTORIC: Aamir Khan makes his singing debut; Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan turn background dancers; SRK makes a BIG statement, “If three of us are in a project, it is a DREAM project in itself!”

At a point in the session, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Salman bhai is learning Arabic. I am learning the dance. Aamir is going to audition for the song right now.”

SRK joked, “My problem is that they’ll keep asking intellectual questions and we’ll run out of answers. We are entertainers; we need to entertain. We are sounding too intelligent and are wondering about the big words that we should use.”

He added, “So, we are going to ask Aamir to save us. He’s just been learning. So, we are all happy that he started singing. He’ll do a little rendition. And the loudest claps have to come. Salman and I are going to clap the loudest when he sings.”

An embarrassed Aamir Khan confessed, “I love singing. I don’t know how much other people like my singing! But I enjoy it (laughs).” He suggested, “Why don’t all 3 of us sing?” But Shah Rukh suggested, “We’ll do backup dancing, like we do in Hindi films. Salman and I will stand behind and we’ll do a little dance.” Aamir laughed and exulted, “Kya masti kar raha hai!”

Aamir Khan then sang ‘Oh Re Taal Mile Nadi Ke Jal Mein’ from the film Anokhi Raat (1968). SRK and Salman stood behind him and danced. After Aamir was done singing, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Big round of applause, ladies and gentlemen. His first public performance of he learning classical singing, that too in Saudi Arabia!”

This is when Aamir Khan said, “Salman sings well too.” Salman quipped, “I sing only in the studio, after which the technicians spend 2 months correcting my voice! So, I don’t think it’s a good idea (smiles).”

Meanwhile, when Shah Rukh Khan was asked about his dream project, he answered, “Let me show off a little. I have been too humble on this platform! I have been too kind and nice. I have to say that if three of us are in a project, it is a dream in itself!”
