Despite the hectic schedule of Cirkus promotions, Ranveer took the time out to fly to Doha, Qatar, to catch the finale of the FIFA World Cup 2022 along with wife Deepika Padukone. While the latter represented India and was a part of the unveiling ceremony of the trophy, the Bajirao Mastani actor enjoyed the entire match from the stands.
And it definitely didn’t come as a surprise that Ranveer Singh took to his social media to share several glimpses including a video capturing the reaction of the husband-wife duo when Argentina emerged victorious in this Argentina vs France match. Ranveer Singh, who has always been a Messi fan, was thrilled to see his favourite team win as he grabbed and hugged his wife Deepika Padukone, who too was cheering for the same team.

Talking about his upcoming projects, Ranveer Singh is currently gearing up for the release of the film Cirkus, featuring him in a double role. The film also has Varun Sharma playing a duel role, along with Jacqueline Fernandez and Pooja Hegde playing leading ladies. Also starring Johnny Lever, Murali Sharma, Mukesh Tiwari, Sulabha Arya, Ashwini Kalsekar among others, the film is expected to hit the theatres on December 23.
