Farah Khan, a well-known Bigg Boss enthusiast and former Weekend episodes host, featured Bigg Boss 19 ex-contestant Abhishek Bajaj in the latest episode of her YouTube vlog. The two discussed this season’s contestants, ongoing tasks, and Farah’s observations about the dynamics inside the house.
During their conversation, Farah expressed confusion over contestant Gaurav Khanna’s strong desire to win the captaincy task. She noted that despite his efforts, the housemates were not allowing him to secure a win.
Farah’s Take on Captaincy
Speaking about Gaurav, Farah said, “Gaurav ko toh jitne hi nahi de rahe hain. Par woh bhi paagal ki tarah pata nahi captaincy ke peeche kyun pada hai. Doesn’t make any difference! I don’t remember Sidharth Shukla kabhi captain bana hoga, aur MC Stan toh captain bana hi nahi tha, I think.”
She pointed out that past winners like Sidharth Shukla and MC Stan did not rely on captaincy to win the show. Abhishek agreed, adding that what truly mattered was how contestants performed throughout the week.
Farah supported his view, saying, “Uska aur winner banne se koi lena dena nahi hai,” reinforcing that captaincy has little impact on who eventually wins Bigg Boss.
Farah’s Favourite Contestant
Earlier, on Soha Ali Khan’s podcast, Farah mentioned that although she usually avoids selecting favourites too early, she particularly liked Gaurav Khanna this season. Gaurav recently secured his place as the first finalist after winning the Ticket to Finale task.

Along with Gaurav, the remaining contestants in the race include Amaal Mallik, Tanya Mittal, Farhana Bhat, Ashnoor Kaur, Malti Chahar and Shehbaz Badesha.
