Bollywood Icon Shah Rukh Khan opened the door of another cinematic universe. The actor was given a special mention in the series ‘Interview With The Vampire Season 2’. Over the years, SRK has been mentioned not just in several Bollywood but international series as well.
In a Viral clip from the series, a character named Daniel Molloy played by Eric Bogosian is heard opining his butler in the presence of a character played by Assad Zaman “I’m sorry, this is so weird. Where did they send you when Shah Rukh Khan, over here was playing you?”
Fans were amazed by this unexpected mention and flooded social media platforms to express their views on the mention with several fans commending him as a “Global Superstar.”
The series has garnered attention as a non-traditional adaptation of Anne Rice’s novel created by Rolin Jones. The series scrabble about the vampire love story of Louis de Point du Lac and his enigmatic makes, Lestat de Lioncourt offering a modern take on the audience.
The Icon was last seen in Dunki and is currently busy cheering for his team KKR (Kolkata Knight Riders) alongside rooting for his son Aryan Khan’s directorial debut.
