While many around her advised against taking the role, Triptii followed her gut. "Bulbul was one of the first eight films to come on Netflix, and so many people advised me against it. They told me, 'Don't do it, don't do it.' But I had to do it, even if I didn't get paid, even if the film didn't get released. I wanted to experience her journey, her story, and I'm glad that I did that," she explained.
