Bollywood star Tiger Shroff recently spoke candidly with Bollywood Hungama about his love for the hit anime franchise Demon Slayer and shared his thoughts on the latest film, Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle. Known for his action-packed roles in films like Heropanti and War, Tiger revealed a surprising shift in his favourite character while discussing the movie.

“My favorite all-time character in Demon Slayer has to be Zenitsu. But in this movie for me, Giyu really stood out,” Tiger admitted. When asked why his preference shifted from Zenitsu to Giyu, he explained, “It's tough to say. I just love the fight between Giyu and Akaza. Especially when he unleashes his demon slayer mark, that was from there he just took over.”

Tiger also reflected on the breathing techniques from the series, highlighting how they resonate with his own physical style. “I think thunder breathing because I use my legs a lot in my action, and Zenitsu's thunder breathing just originates from his legs,” he noted, drawing a parallel between his action choreography and the anime’s combat moves.

On the topic of training with the Hashira, the elite demon slayers, Tiger said, “Wow. Uh I think Rengoku would be a great trainer. Uh, but I'm a big fan of Muichiro style.” His admiration for different characters and styles shows how deeply he connects with the anime’s narrative and action sequences.

Adding a fun twist, Tiger also revealed what his anime alter ego would be. “Uh, anime name for myself, like from the Demon Slayer cop, one of the names… I'll probably call myself… the Yellow Flash from Demon Slayer. From Demon Slayer also, I guess Yellow Flash because Zenitsu is my favorite character.”

Tiger Shroff’s insights highlight not only his love for Demon Slayer but also the influence of anime on his approach to action and performance, blending fandom with real-world athleticism.
