Shahid Kapoor and Mrunal Thakur are currently on the second round of Jersey promotions. After the December postponement of the film, the actors are now gearing up for the release this week. The Jersey stars were recently in conversation with Bollywood Hungama to promote their film where they played a ‘Rapid Fire’ round.

During which Mrunal had to pretend-play as Shahid Kapoor and disclose her most annoying habit. While Mrunal was about to reveal her annoying habit Shahid interrupted saying “She thinks she is perfect. Can I answer it?”

Shahid later persisted that “Mrunal over-thinks a lot and lacks a bit of focus”, to which even Mrunal agreed. Shahid also mentioned that he thinks that the actress needs to believe more in herself. Further pointing toward Mrunal, the actor said “You give yourself less credit than you deserve”

Mrunal smiled, nodded, and said, “I’ll take care of that”. Shahid said that actors should always think good about themselves. They should empower themselves. He also added, “Everybody will always talk shit about you anyway so say good things”.

Jersey is about a talented but failed cricketer who decides to return to the sport in his late thirties driven by the desire to represent the Indian cricket team and fulfill his son's wish for a jersey as a gift.
