Emraan Hashmi recently opened up about the significance of his first big paycheck—a moment that not only marked his financial independence but also fueled his aspirations in Bollywood. Sharing the story with podcaster Ranveer Allahabadia, the actor recalled how his fourth film earned him Rs 25 lakhs, a sum he had targeted specifically to buy his dream car, a Honda Accord.

Hashmi candidly recounted, “I got 25 lakhs and that was my fourth film. I did that film because I wanted to buy my Honda Accord. I bought it, and then banged the car the first time I sat in it. I went to pick up my then girlfriend, now wife.” He further joked, “I believe the first time you scratch a car, then you start enjoying it.”
Fast-forward to today, Emraan Hashmi’s passion for cars has only grown more extravagant. From his humble beginnings with a Honda Accord, the actor now boasts a luxury fleet that includes some of India’s most coveted automobiles. Most notably, after the success of Tiger 3, Hashmi made headlines by purchasing India’s most expensive Rolls Royce, valued at Rs 12.25 crore, underscoring his evolution from dreaming of his first car to owning a symbol of ultimate luxury. He has also recently acquired a Range Rover LWB Autobiography.
On the professional front, Hashmi is currently seen in Haq, co-starring Yami Gautam Dhar; the film, which released on November 7, 2025, has opened to positive reviews. His cinematic slate remains busy with much-awaited titles like Awarapan 2 (the sequel to his 2007 classic) and Goodachari 2, promising that both his career and his car collection are on a continued upward drive.
