In March, we had reported that Purab Kohli will be seen in the Indian adaptation of critically acclaimed American TV series Homeland which is helmed by Nikhil Advani.

Purab Kohli went through a major transformation for his role. We got our hands on the photos in which Purab is seen as an army officer. In other look, he is covered in blood and is sporting a beard. We learned that Purab had to work really hard for the show and had to undergo physical transformation to show change from an army officer to a prisoner.

Purab Kohli will be essaying the role of a prisoner who escapes the prison 17 years after he was falsely acquitted with his partner played by Satyadeep Mishra. Sandhya Mridul, Satyadeep Mishra and Amrita Puri are also playing pivotal roles in the film. The show is set to go on air from 14th October.

Apart from this, Purab Kohli will be next seen in Rock On 2 which is scheduled to release on November 11, 2016.
