Many Bollywood actors, of late, have started expressing their opinions, thoughts and even raising their voices against injustice on social media. Amongst them is Sonakshi Sinha, who has not only taken on detractors online, but has also come out in support of several others on social media by sternly condemning certain actions. The actress was recently conferred with the Angry Bird award by The Angries.

'The Angries' is a sort of a promotional campaign started by the team of the upcoming film Angry Birds Movie, where in, they acknowledge celebrities who have showcased their anger for a good cause. Sonakshi Sinha was presented with The Angry Bird award for getting angry and taking on cyber bullies on social media. Sonakshi Sinha, who herself has become a victim of several trolls owing to her weight, has given it back to critics. Thrilled with the award, the actress not only claimed that any kind of bullying is wrong but she also encouraged her fans to stand up for themselves.

Last seen in Tevar, Sonakshi Sinha is gearing up for two action packed releases this year, Akira and Force 2.
